In the gentle heart of southwestern Jutland, north of Varde, lies Bækhuse Fisk og Ferie—an idyllic retreat nestled in the vastness of nature.
The wind blows in from the North Sea here. It is only a few kilometers to the coast, and Filsø Nature Park is also very close by.
This is where tranquility, nature, and genuine Danish hygge come together. Whether fishing on our lakes, staying in a charming B&B, in a cozy vacation apartment, or camping right by the water.
Here you will find your perfect oasis to switch off and let go – with a cup of coffee in your hand and the feeling of being exactly where you want to be.

Our facility offers two beautiful put-and-take lakes with a total water surface area of 13,000 square meters and depths of up to 18 meters, where you can catch top-quality trout.

There is plenty of space for motorhomes and tents around our lakes. There are also suitable accommodation options for glamping enthusiasts.
